Sejarah
Yayasan Hang Media Islam began from the need for a nonprofit legal entity to accommodate social, educational, and religious activities that grew around PT Radio Media Hang Batam. As a limited liability company, PT Radio Media Hang Batam conducts profit-oriented business activities. The nonprofit activities were therefore placed under the foundation so their purpose, governance, and accountability would better reflect service to the community.
